On Sunday, August 9th, Piaget hosted its Hamptons Cup at the Equules Polo Club for the fourth consecutive year. Hosted by Joe and Diana DiMenna, in partnership with polo superstar Nacho Figueras, the exhibition match benefitted Robin Hood, one of New York City's largest poverty-fighting organizations. Fans enjoyed an exciting match between Team St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and Team Credit Suisse, featuring world class players such as Figueras, Joe DiMenna, Michael Carrazza, Stefano Natella and Magoo Laprida, among others. Following the win by Team Credit Suisse, guests dined under white tents and viewed Piaget's collection of jewelry and watches on display, as well as a $2.5 million Bugatti, a sponsor, that arrived during the event.
The event raised an incredible $1 million dollars for Robin Hood, the largest sum ever raised at the Hamptons Cup. All of the proceeds will go to fighting poverty in New York City.
