The colorful creations of Amirah Kassem can now be replicated at home, thanks to her first cookbook, The Power of Sprinkles ($25, Abrams Books), and a new rainbow-inspired bakeware collection with Williams Sonoma. On July 5, the Flour Shop founder hosted a cake class and book signing at the Williams Sonoma in Bridgehampton to demonstrate how to use her capsule collection tools and mixes.
